Dr. Nadeesha has received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from HUST, China. Additionally, she has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wayamba University, SL, and First-class honors Bachelor degree in Industrial Studies (BIS), specializing in Apparel Production and Management from the Open University, SL.

Currently, she is working as a Lecturer at the Dep of Textile and Apparel Technology, in the Open University of SL. She has Lecturing experience since 2013, Further, she has nearly 4 years of industrial experience in the Textile and Apparel sector in different positions.

Her areas of interest in teaching, research, and consulting are Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, New Product Development and Entrepreneur development especially in the Textile and apparel industry.
