Janaka Heenkenda is a Lecturer attached of the Department of Organizational studies at The Open University of Sri Lanka where he has been on the department since 2012. He obtained his BBA in Entrepreneurship (Sp) Degree in University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He has worked as Assistant Project Manager in Enter-growth project initiated by International Labour Organization (2007-2010). And also he is a Facilitator inValue Chain Development (VCD) and Trainer, Small Business Association Management. He teaching and research interest is pertaining to Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management and Creativity and Innovation.
