My research interest lies in the broad area of Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the specific areas of Artificial Cognitive Systems, Cognitive Computing, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Data Science, Data Analytics, symbolic AI, AI ethics and policy frameworks and I am very much interested in doing multi-disciplinary research involving these areas. Further I have done many application research work in the area of AI in education. My PhD research was in the area of Cognitive Computer Vision and the title of PhD thesis was “A Qualitative Approach to Learning of Spatial and Temporal Relations for Cognitive Computer Vision Systems”.
