Ms. P.G Kaushalya is a Lecturer (probationary) in the field of Apparel Production and Management at the Open University of Sri Lanka from July 2022. She completed her Bachelor of Industrial Studies majoring in the field of Apparel Production and Management at the Open University of Sri Lanka in 2016/2017 with 1st class honours. Later, in 2020, she obtained a Master of Science degree in Fashion Management from the IESEG School of Management, Paris, France.

She joined the Brandix Center of Inspiration as a trainee merchandiser in 2015. Shortly after graduation, she joined the Department of Textile and Apparel Technology at the Open University of Sri Lanka as a temporary demonstrator. In 2020, she joined MAS Aqua Trading Global (Pvt) Ltd as a Trainee Product Development Technologist.
