Ms Niroshika Liyana Muhandiram is a Senior Lecturer (Gr.II) in the Department of Legal Studies of the Open University of Sri Lanka. She holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with second class upper division from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has completed her LL.M in International Law from South Asian University, New Delhi, India wining the Gold Medal for the outstanding performance. Currently she is on study leave for pursuing Ph.D. Her research interest includes International Investment Law, Commercial Arbitration, Public International Law and Private International Law
